BLAT - The BLAST-Like Alignment Tool in available on EGG now. We recently installed BLAT on EGG. It can be accessed throught Inquiry Tools on EGG. Besides regular BLAT, there is parallel BLAT tool called BTBLAT. BTBLAT splits each search job and submits one piece to each cluster node so the job can be done parallelly.
